Are taxes deducted? How often am I paid?As a 1099 contractor taxes are not deducted from your check. Agents are paid on the 15th and last day of the month. A small administrative fee is deducted from each check.

Why do I pay for my background check?As a 1099 contractor you are responsible for your own equipment and your background check. Your background check is valid for 3 years even if you work for multiple companies. As a 1099 contractor you are also able to pick your own schedule after certification.

Background CheckOnce you have enrolled in your desired job you are required to complete a background check. The background check is $30 and it is NOT paid to Peak Connect Solution, it is paid directly to the company conducting the check. Before completing the background check you must Register your job portal Complete your assessment Complete a PC check Enroll in the desired job Complete background check Start certification class **You DO NOT pay for a background check until you have found the job you are interested in**

Computer Doesn't Meet Requirements?
You can purchase a computer that meets the requirements from a local electronics store.
